Laura is an optimist at heart who loves meeting with clients and thinking big picture. She brings ideas and energy to every project and is always the first to brag on her team. She’s also the one most likely to show up to an event wearing a custom t-shirt made just for the occasion.

Michele wears all the hats and is always looking for ways to make our company, and your brand, even better. She’s a researcher at heart and will stop at nothing to find the right product to help your brand stand out in amazing ways. Fueled by coffee and strong opinions on pens, she quickly becomes a trusted friend, sounding board, and marketing partner for our clients.

Amber keeps our production process running smoothly and makes sure orders are placed correctly, proofs move quickly, and everything arrives on time. She’s the steady force behind the scenes keeping projects on track and stress levels low. We’re incredibly thankful for Amber!

Who We Are (and Why We Do This) 

901 Promo is a Memphis-based, woman-owned promotional partner built on relationships, creativity, and care.
We believe branded merch should feel thoughtful, not transactional.
That belief is what shaped 901 Promo into a business focused on helping companies show up better—for their teams, their clients, and their communities.

Today, we work with brands of all sizes who want more than a quick order. They’re looking for a partner who listens, thinks strategically, and helps create merch that supports what they’re building.

Where We Started

Many people first knew us as Burnin’ Love Laser Engraving, where we opened as a retail store in Bartlett and worked hands-on with customers every day. That experience taught us the importance of building relationships through quality service and elevated products—not just selling items.

Along the way, we saw how something as simple as a tumbler could create real connection when you add a logo, a name, or a motto. Those small details turned everyday products into memories, conversation starters, and meaningful touchpoints.

As our clients’ needs grew, so did we. What began as custom engraving naturally evolved into a full-service promotional partner—helping businesses think more strategically about branded merch, company stores, events, and experiences.

At the end of 2024, we sold the laser engraving business to focus fully on building 901 Promo. Today, everything we learned—from craftsmanship to customer care—shapes how we serve our clients and help their brands show up in thoughtful, memorable ways.
