Michele loves a good challenge—and finding the perfect product is her kind of detective work. She digs into the details, explores the options, and helps you choose what makes sense for your brand. Fueled by coffee and strong opinions on pens, she’s equal parts creative thinker, sounding board, and partner in making things happen.
Hannah

Who We Are (and Why We Do This)
901 Promo is a Memphis-based, woman-owned promotional partner built on relationships, creativity, and care.
We believe branded merch should feel thoughtful, not transactional. That belief grew from our beginnings in personalized gifts and shapes how we help companies connect with their teams, clients, and communities today.
We work with businesses of all sizes that want more than a quick order. They’re looking for a partner who listens, brings fresh ideas, and helps them choose products with a purpose.
Where We Started
Many people first knew us as Burnin’ Love Laser Engraving, our retail store in Bartlett, where we worked hands-on with customers every day. That experience taught us that great service starts with listening. Understanding the person, the occasion, and the meaning behind a gift mattered just as much as getting the engraving right.
We saw how something as simple as a tumbler could create a connection when you added a logo, a name, or a meaningful message. Those small details turned everyday products into keepsakes, conversation starters, and reminders of people and experiences.
As our clients’ needs grew, so did we. What began as custom engraving evolved into a full-service promotional business, helping clients with branded apparel, company stores, events, and gifts. We brought the same personal approach to larger projects—thinking beyond what goes on a product to who will receive it, how they’ll use it, and what it will mean to them.
At the end of 2024, we sold the laser engraving business to focus fully on 901 Promo. Everything we learned—asking the right questions, thinking beyond the obvious, and turning simple ideas into something special—still shapes how we help you put branded products to work.
